Today's my trick can surprise your friend's when you show them your usb's wallpaper to him.It is quiet easy to set just open notepad copy paste following code in it.

IconArea_Image=my.bmp
IconArea_Text=0×00000000
specify the image file name ( here it is my.bmp), then save it in your memory stick as desktop.ini also you are supposed to keep the image file on the memory stick.
refresh and view the background.
