Normally when we start our pc. Numlock key is off bydefault. You can Enable it at every logon you make.
You need to edit registry for this.
Simply follow the steps
1. Go to Run
2. Type "Regedit"
3. Go to HKEY_USERS/Default/Control Panel/ Keyboard
4. At there in Right side panel InitialKeyboardIndicators change its value data from 0 to 2.
