In microsoft windows os alternate data stream is avaialble. That means in simple way you can hide any file in other file. There is no need of any special softwares.
See below example
1. Open run type "notepad demo.txt".
2. It will ask yes or no and cancel click on no and write something in that file..
3. Save it and close it.
4. Open Run type "notepad demo.txt:hidden.txt"
5. It will ask yes or no and cancel click on yes and write something in that file.
6. Go to your save location of demo file.You can not see hidden.txt file there.
7. For run hidden.txt type in run "notepad demo.txt:hidden.txt"
